over 15 minutes late to start my appointment and I feel like it would have been later had I not said I needed to leave on time. This meant she could not complete my full leg wax so I paid for the full service yet like with the top half of my back legs still not waxed as I could not miss my next app. I was invited to come back to compete the appointment and the therapist was doing her best but clearly not designed to work faster under pressure tbh and she should have had someone else helping her
