The ladies were nice enough but definitely weren’t expecting me or had any idea what treatments I’d booked. Like others have reported on this site, they asked to see my booking confirmation on my phone and between them did something to ‘verify’ my booking. The salon itself is nothing special but given the prices I hadn’t expected anything else. I’m fine with a basic ambience as long as the treatments good. Heading into the treatment room, the setup is professional enough (however not sure the towels were clean/fresh) and the waxing itself seemed to be done efficiently. All was ok in my mind for what I paid, until I left. I am covered in burns. Bright red, blotchy, patches of burns all over my arms and legs. To top it off, I still have hair everywhere! Won’t be going back and would seriously recommend others pay the extra and get your waxing done professionally. Really disappointed as leaving for holiday tomorrow burnt and hairy!
