AWFUL experience. I booked a mani pedi and spent THREE hours at the salon. The pedicure was one of the worst I’ve ever had in my life, and I have a pedicure at least once a month. The technician appeared to not know how to do a proper pedicure, use any of the tools properly, and couldn’t remove my existing shellac correctly. She painfully buffed and scraped my nails until they were too sensitive to touch, and when it came to removing my cuticles, made me bleed. When someone took over for her, they clearly had to go back over her work, re-buffing and removing more cuticles because she hadn’t done it properly. Three hours later, my manicure was finally finished and was a slightly better experience than my pedicure, only by comparison, because i’m also wearing a bandaid on my finger as those cuticles were removed haphazardly as well! If you’re looking for a well done mani pedi, in under three hours that’s pain free, I highly recommend choosing another salon. I will not be returning, and regret choosing Chiswick Beauty Spot...especially as two days later, my 180-minute, 58£ manicure and pedicure have chipped. Absolute waste.

The worst service and waxing service.
Definitely I want my money back, but that lady couldn’t understand English. OMG
HOLLYWOOD WAX
1- the lady didn’t know what my treatment it was and how much.
2- she wanted to extra charge me for a “hot waxing” but in the web side you have just one option to book for. She said otherwise will be too painful.
3- I have decided to leave because of the confusion, and lack of communication, understanding etc
But the lady after few calls to some manager let me have the treatment which I’ve booked.
4- wrong decision. As you can see the quality of the wax is awful, like the treatment.
Not good quality wax, then bad service, I’m still full of hair and wax,but obviously after 10 minutes super fast and horrible Hollywood waxing I’m not going to ask for more thanks. As I can see how unprofessional the lady is.
Definitely don’t go there.
