I wasn’t very happy with the quality of my gel pedicure. The nail polish isn’t neat and looks like I’ve done it myself - not really the quality I expected from a professional.

Great service, the threading was great and I also had my brows tinted at a very reasonable price. My only recommendation would be to maybe have some background music on in the salon just to create some atmosphere

Went for a facial today, I’m quite a tolerant person I can get over the therapist yawing & burping she can’t help it, however exfoliating my eyes is another story. I couldn’t open them. Then there was a knock at the door the other therapist asked me to confirm my booking & my name ! I mean really when I’m in the middle of a ‘relaxing’ facial ?! I ask if there’s a problem she said no someone has come for a facial now with a similar name....okaaaay I’m not sure what I can do whist lying here. So anyway she resumes, the other therapist comes in & out the room several times whilst the other continued to yawn & burp away. After she put a face mask on she gave me a bizarre head scratch, I put moisturiser on myself & get ready to leave but they wanted to see my booking on treatwell taking my phone away to show her colleague taking a while to copy the details down! However I came out with my skin feeling good.
