Was so shocked to see a place in Chiswick completely empty on a Sunday and I now know why.. absolutely no atmosphere, neither therapist talking or anything. The shellac removal itself was okay but I understood ‘tidy up’ to mean file and buffing would be included but I had to ask if this could be done as she straight away went from taking the nail varnish off to put cream on my hands.. she didn’t understand what I meant and once the other woman told her I wanted my nails shaped she started to file my nails completely wonky! The other woman had to take over and she did a better job but my opinion was set at this point. Also the first nail salon I’ve been to that doesn’t have strengthening nail varnish to put on nails after shellac has been removed? Blow bar across the road does a far better job for half the price.
Will not go back.

The tinting was really good , but I was unhappy with the eye last extensions. As of today they have all almost fallen out but for £25 I’m not surprised

The lady was very calm and patient with me as it was my first time, she kept making sure I was okay which was nice.
