I came for a hair transformation I had on my mind for a while. Mine was done by an amazing hairdresser Shital who is a great professional, really understanding and supportive (I spent 30mins just to make a decision😅). Happy to find a beauty space in London I can trust.

I had a bad experience with a blow dry at the salon. The girl was unable to perform a blow dry and did not have the skills. She said she would wand my hair instead, which I agreed to. However, this was not done properly either. In the end, I asked if it would be okay if I left without completing the blow dry. Since then I have rang the salon a number of times. Each time they have said they will get back to me regarding issued a refund. No one has got back or attempted to call.
