Kalida cut my hair and to be honest if I’d paid £80 I’d be thrilled but as it was it was only £25 which has to be the cheapest haircut in London! I was underwhelmed by the entrance and if you look forward to your visit to the hairdresser as a three hour pampering marathon you may be disappointed but for me it was all about the cut and Kalida was exceptional (sorry if I’ve misspelt your name) I would 100% go back - please don’t move to Feltham!!

Been here before, they’re okay for threading and it’s cheaper, I even left positive reviews
For today’s appointment, I didn’t prepay. They’re so bad in scheduling, they double / triple book and you can sometime be forced to wait because you’ve prepaid. So today… she was doing 2 people’s hair that looks like will take hours, I asked how long it will take and she rudely say she’s busy so I just have to wait. When I insisted my appointment, she rudely said Treatwell didn’t notify here, and that it’s because I didn’t pre-pay. I was so frustrated, I left, lucky I haven’t paid. Useless to book an appointment at all.
