Warm welcome, clean place. The lady that did my eyebrows really listened to my requirements as I always have an issue with having them done too thin. Sunita spent a lot of time making them perfect for me. Checking progress in between just to ensure that I was happy with what she was doing. Beats any other Chiswick beauty salon I have been to, both in skill and pricing! Strongly recommend!

Phone number listed didn’t actually go through to the salon so they didn’t get my message about running late. Still, the therapist still saw me and did a reasonable job in the time available

Fast and efficient. Very cheap. However, don't expect a warm welcome, a friendly chat or a smile. I guess that's the compromise!

I managed to book a children kid despite them not available at week-end. The place was empty but staff said they were not trained for kids so couldn’t take us. Lucky i didn’t pay via the app
