Bad experience. They didn’t check properly the that they needed to do a mani pedi with shellac. They started applying the shellac without the mani pedi. I told them to check the booking again. They apologised but the treatment after was very rushed and the colour will probably not last me long as they done a terrible job with applying and drying the shellac. Probably won’t go to this place again.

I booked a 45min facial, and a 1hr body massage, and an eyebrow wax: firstly they weren’t expecting me and had no record of my booking. Also, I was in and out within an hour and it all felt very rushed. I was really looking forward to my treatments but left disappointed, especially considering the amount of money I paid. Would like a refund.

I came for my appointment and Nusrat decided to take a day off
I rescheduled for next Tuesday, and when I came for the second time, I was told that she only works on Wednesdays, and nobody had the decency to call me and tell me that! Both times I paid for parking and I still haven’t received the refund for the money that I paid for the haircut!
