I booked a 45min facial, and a 1hr body massage, and an eyebrow wax: firstly they weren’t expecting me and had no record of my booking. Also, I was in and out within an hour and it all felt very rushed. I was really looking forward to my treatments but left disappointed, especially considering the amount of money I paid. Would like a refund.

I came for my appointment and Nusrat decided to take a day off
I rescheduled for next Tuesday, and when I came for the second time, I was told that she only works on Wednesdays, and nobody had the decency to call me and tell me that! Both times I paid for parking and I still haven’t received the refund for the money that I paid for the haircut!

They had no idea I had booked or who I was. And the hairdresser wasn’t there. I’d call to check if you book through Treatwell.

Awful awful experience. Avoid!!!! My sister and I booked eyebrow wax and tint and paid online. We called to say we just parked up and were almost there. The woman however on the phone said “no no, I don’t have time come back tomorrow” apparently she was waiting for a customer who was also running late for 3 hours?? How does that make sense? She was so rude, laughing at me and said I’m not “understanding her”. I’m figuring out how to get a refund and I really hope I do get one. What a joke
