Great hair , eyelashes not so much they came off very fast & i was in a uncomfortable position for my neck for a long time given the way they lie you down on the chair

The place was a basement underneath a corner store, this was not the problem. The waxing table was covered by a dirty plastic wrap which made me feel like I was in a body bag. The door was OPEN throughout the whole wax! It was a struggle to get privacy before and after the wax when undressing and redressing. Then she proceeds to charge me extra because she "waxed more" but yet the job was terrible. I had patches of hair everywhere. All of the machines were so unsanitary - 0 stars
