therapist pulled wax in direction from top to bottom, which is alot more painful than the other way around and how i have always had it done before, She said this was essential due to the direction of hair growth and wouldn't listen that it has always removed the hair from the other direction previously. Hence alot more painful and will probably not go back here as a result.
