very, very disorganised - did not have my appointment, couldn't see that I'd paid already, kept asking when I'd booked. the result was fine, but I couldn't help but feel I'd done something wrong as I stood there waiting for them to call someone to find out if I'd paid, even though I could display my booking confirmation and receipt.
