Hairwash - water went over my face
Haircut- i asked for layers and feathers to give me max volume and what I got was a super standard straight cut at the back and front. No texture and no volume achieved.
Blowdry- I asked for volume and the lady focused on achieving a "bounce" at the end of my hair! She did not blow from the roots down, only dried from half the strands down, which left my hair looking flat. l would not go back or recommend

The worst experience of my life do not go there, the eyelashes were disgustingly put and when challenge it was because of my own eyes and the shape of my natural lashes. I have to pay now to go and get them removed as I am speaking of.
