I went for a £76 PRP facial and, despite the low price, was shocked by the lack of hygiene. The clinic opened late, floors were dirty, and I was asked to sign a waiver before treatment. The therapist was friendly but seemed inexperienced, cleaning my face with wet wipes reused to remove numbing cream. The microneedling felt overly harsh, and my face is still burning two days later.

I have appointment 10 am they start my treatment at 11am. the pedicure was alright but mediciure was done in 10 min. they didn't disinfected the tools what I just hear only washing. the reason why we went for our services its helpful for me at all.
