Booked as its top rated but couldn’t see why. The lady was very nice and explained the treatment but it didn’t meet expectations. You lie on a plastic sheet for a facial which was cold and uncomfortable, cold water used on the face cloths, room wasn’t very warm, it didn’t go on for a hour as it should have done, you sign a disclaimer to say you won’t ask for a refund if you’re not happy?! And really pushing to book other treatments at the end which I found awkward and too much. Disappointed
