They insisted I signed a waiver despite I struggle with my eyesight which I had no choice but to sign in the end despite it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Staff clearly untrained however the lady who did my nails was very polite. Took hours and 99% sure developed an infection from that appointment which I am currently seeking support from the NHS for.
