Bad experience…don’t know how to deal with customers. Started my treatment and was left to wait 10/15 mins lying there whilst the lady done 2 ladies eyebrows without even asking if I was ok to wait. When confronted was told I was early and made all sorts of excuses and then later apologised. Very awkward didn’t want to have the treatment but I wasn’t willing to further waste my time. Dermaplane left a few nicks on me and massage was very basic. Not again
