Happy with the colour of my hair but disappointed with the blow dry. Stylist didn't ask how I wanted it dried and dried it completely straight which doesn't suit me at all, I had to re-wash at home. Also salon was absolutely freezing I felt like I had a cold when I left!

A nice, well presented store with friendly staff. I was offered a drink when I arrived, but I had to wait nearly 45 minutes to be seen, even though I had booked prior.
