Very enthusiastic stylist which was great. I have rated 3* as my cut is not really suited to my wavy hair and is very high maintenance . Stylist became scissor-happy so has over-thinned the sides, and back too short to blow dry easily. I stopped the trimming at end!
Can see style arrived at salon but it's not a style I like so I was disappointed.. ?take a photo with you.
For me (sorry!), its pretty much a 'tie hair back' for now, until it grows out and 'falls' more naturally

I'm really happy with my haircut.
Francesca was great,she listened and followed exactly the style and length that I wanted.I have fine,long,straight hair and went with a layered cut which is not easy to do but she's done a great job.Will definitely go here again.
