Not sure he was experienced in blow drying, tried to blow try my thick hair from sopping wet. Strange sectioning, text book things not followed, I walked out because I couldn’t take watching the disaster unfold in front of my eyes. No volume, curled the ends when I said not to, left frizz at roots which I pointed out early on. Felt bad for him but also felt bad I left having paid £40 odd quid for a shoddy job and literally wet hair that I did myself in the end

It took a long time but my colour has never been this good. Very happy!
