Very unfriendly my stylist didnât even speak to me or consult before starting my highlights, then a junior actually did the highlights at one point at the beginning the stylist had to show her what to do (not exactly professional or what you expect when you book with a senior stylist at ÂŁ200)!
All the staff just talk to each other in Italian which is very rude.
They were 30 mins late to start and I was just left sitting there which I wouldnât mind as long as they did a good job.

They did an amazing job on my blow dry, they managed to style it in a way that actually framed my face and gave it a personal touch instead of feeling like a standard method they use on everyone.
