This was honestly the best haircut I have ever had! Francesca listened to what I wanted and used her knowledge and skills to execute it perfectly. On top of that she was really friendly and kind which made my experience even more enjoyable. Thank you!

The cut was good but it was way too short from what we had agreed on. My hair was on my waist line and when we agreed to cut was around 4 fingers but I ended up leaving with my hair to my shoulders length.
Obviously I raised it straight away and the gent apologised however that does not bring my hair back.
Again, he did an amazing cut but definitely not what I asked for which is disappointing. It is really sad because I was so proud of my long hair and it took me years to grow it that long.

Francesca was really friendly and pleasant. She was very skilled and clearly knowledgeable about hair. She took time to listen to me and understood my needs including frizz, wave patterns, etc which a lot of other hairdressers ignore. The haircut is exactly what I wanted and I have had loads of compliments.
