Having chosen to book the offer of £46 for t-zone highlights, I then called up the venue to upgrade to a full head of highlights - the gentleman I spoke to on the phone told me this was sorted for me and gave me a price indication of about £95 which is what I would expect - then upon leaving the salon I was asked to pay £187!!! I was told only then that I should have changed my offer on treatwell, even though the booking was through them still and this wasn’t mentioned on the phone - I had very little choice but to pay but am appalled at this price and feel ripped off by the salon.
On another note, late starting the appointment by half an hour for me and at least two other customers and didn’t feel particularly looked after!
Not worth the money and am very upset that I had to pay this much for such a rubbish experience- won’t be returning!
Great advice, bringing my hair from a very light blonde balayage to darker balayage. Hair looks great and still had that hint of blonde :) already booked in again for a Toner appointment to keep the colour fresh
