This is the second time I have gone to this hairdressers. I was really impressed on my first visit with Domenico. She listened to me and I came away feeling looked after and a fabulous hair cut.
This time I was booked with Vincenzo. I felt rushed and not listened to. I didn't get a head massage which I have received in a previous visit. I wasn't offered a drink despite it being one of the hottest days of the year and I had to ask for one. He didn't understand some of the things I was saying despite it being quite straightforward.
I paid for a wash, cut and blow dry through treatwell which is advertised as an hour appointment. I was finished and almost ushered out in 30 minutes. Another lady was already waiting to have her hair done and I think they had always planned to get me out in 30 minutes. I paid £49 for my hair cut and I don't think my experience represents value for money. Sadly on the basis of my experience last week I will not be booking a future hair cut with Patrizia Manias Milano.
