As a student who doesn't have time to go for frequent appointments, I stick to one big chop once in a while which means that my hair grows out really long before I decide to cut it. Despite the length and thickness of my hair, when I went in this afternoon, Indira had a lot of patience and was super friendly and chatty throughout. The team also really paid attention to detail - asking me if I wanted another drink and providing hot hand towels.
