I have been a regular customer when I am visiting family in Northampton for a few years and Sunny is amazing!!!! I cannot fault her at all, I think she should run the place.
However, I made an amendment to my recent booking via Treatwell. The time I selected was available yet someone from the salon called, said they couldn’t see me and hung up! Incredibly ride and to top it off I wasn’t refunded my £30. I sent 2 emails and called but no response. Terrible service to a loyal customer.
