They weren't at all ready for me when I arrived in the morning so I had to wait around. The treatment took place in the salon chair where I had to lie uncomfortably the whole time. After a week I still have a mark on my brow, that's how much skin was peeled off from the waxing. Also, they tried to sell me products / services by insulting me (telling me my lashes were straight and my brows were not even).

Such a warm welcome into the salon - lady was so easy to talk too felt relax while having my treatment even tho I had my one year old in the pram with me. Will definitely be back
