On arrival to the salon I was warmly welcomed and immediately offered tea or coffee by very pleasant staff. I was taken straight away even though I was early for my appointment, I had a great consultation with the director (Paul) and the hair cut I received was exactly what we had discussed. Overall delighted with the service, will definitely use this salon again.
