It was in a room below a busy hairdressers so not really conducive to relaxing while the wrap was on, especially under fluorescent lighting. There was no ambient music other than the occasional pop song filtering through from upstairs so it was pretty boring. The floor was filthy and the wrap could have been more thoroughly applied in places but seemed to do its job. The staff were very pleasant and if these other issues were sorted: cleaning, soft lighting and some ambient music then it could make a difference.
