Booked in with Lisa, got Paul. Both kind and friendly but a long wait (wasn’t seen until 30 mins after my appointment time) and there’s a big gap between the gel polish and my cuticles so it’ll grow out quickly. Paul was quite heavy handed with the emery board too so I left with some minor grazing to my fingertips. The manicure itself was relatively neat but with some lumps that I noticed when I ran my fingers over my nails. Felt moderately expensive for what it was.

Love going to pauls to have my nails done, have been going for 19 years and he has always been very professional and friendly and welcoming
