I had very bad experiences from the Paul's Hair and beauty world. I booked an appointment with them for a haircut and they called me to reschedule the appointment two times. Today was the latest agreed appointment and the staff named 'Jack ' was still absent. I waited for 20 mins and still the lady at reception said he might be on the way , we cannot get him on the phone.
You have to think twice booking an appointment with Jack. He himself rescheduled it two times last week. Furthermore, I had a similar experience last month and I thought this is quite accidentally but now repetition of the same experience made me realize that this is their routine.
The lady at the reception seemed not apologetic and seemed like you can wait if you want!! She was never sorry and pretended like it is a privilege !!
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated about their service.
Do not recommend them at all.
Jack and Chelsea are always so willing to help with my hair any time I have an appointment. I have been making appointments for colours and extensions since September and I would never go anywhere else! They are so helpful and always do exactly what I ask for. I always get compliments on my hair every time I go to them!!!!

Super happy with my experience here! Managed to get a last minute appointment and the hairdresser I had (Didn’t get her name unfortunately) listened to exactly what I wanted, offering great advice and I love my haircut! Will be back soon to have my colour done too :)
