I booked and appointment that was not adhered by, however I didn’t mind the wait. I was juggled around a little by different members of the team but I understand this was due to one still learning the ropes so I’m glad they didn’t put themselves in a position to not cut my hair as I wanted (did still come off a little short, but nothing that won’t grow back). Overall relatively happy with the quick hair trim I was in need of and would again, if in need or a rushed appointment return.
