My appointment was 1pm but I arrived early which was no problem! They seated me straight away and I was in and out before 1pm!
Girl serving on counter fabulous very helpful matching my hair. Hair fitters not so fabulous. .felt uncomfortable as they argued over my hair. One was right..I did need two packs as I have hugely obvious hair extensions even though the fitter cut into my hair to "make" them seem to fit. Result day after. ..very obvious lengths and god knows the state of my real hair once the extensions are taken out. Not a happy bunny. The other girl who was busy on another client was correct to try to convince my fitter..but as my girl didn't want to lose face and admit it she carried on and chopped into mine to try to prove her point. Not happy but know PW are notoriously poor on refunds so haven't bothered.
Chelsea was absolutely lovely. My hair feels and looks amazing. Will definitely recommend! Thank you.
