I have rarely had a hair appointment that has not ended in tears, however, I was booked in very last minute before Xmas, because the staff work very long hours over this period, which suited me as i am also working. All staff were polite and very helpful, even when I was being awkward and unsure over the choice of they type of hair and colour of hair that I wanted, I was also offered several different options. The price is excellent value for money. My appointment was with Chelsea - who deserves a special mention, she explained the process of what I was having done very well, as I have never had this particular type of weave before, she was chatty and funny, which put me at ease, she did not once hurt me, despite me being very head sore - however my hair still feels very tight days later. She had excellent attention to detail and I couldn't be happier - I will definitely be a returning customer.

The staff were friendly and it was they did the job quickly. I feel that they need a separate section where you check in for your appointment as on busy days you can be waiting a while as other customers are trying out new hair and buying products.
