Reanna was very attentive & supportive for my needs with arthritis. Overall support was excellent, meant to put five stars but can’t change it , just had my operation so difficult to write.
Reanna is always pleasant & helpful despite me being an awkward customer with disabilities!
As always a great welcome, staff are so friendly, jade always asks what/how I'd like my hair, talks me through what she will be doing. Another lovely experience. Loved my hair, have comments from friends how nice my hair is since iv been going to hair and sissors and having jade.
It's 2 yrs since I lost my regular hairdresser, I've tried various places and have had some poor haircuts, and or staff not been very customer focused. Jade not only understood what I wanted she was friendly personable, also the rest of the staff were friendly, making the atmosphere welcoming.
