Paulina was great - very calm and relaxed (even though I was late and flustered). She asked questions, listened carefully to what I wanted and cut my hair with precision and skill. The blow dry was really good too, she even managed to tame the frizzy bits, and the styling lasted a couple of days too, which is better than I usually get.
