She clearly forgot we had an appointment. Left me waiting with wet hair while serving a friend, did no mask or treatment while washing, didn't even ask which blow dry I wanted and almost made me leave with my hair still dump (while it was snowing outside). I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed. I used to like her but this is not a professional treatment anymore. The place wasn't very clean either, with leftover food boxes lying around and hair everywhere

A good hairdresser is hard to find, I know, I’ve been hunting for a while. Paulina is highly skilled and knows what she’s doing. Based on previous reviews, I booked in for a full head of highlights and she did not disappoint. What a pleasant afternoon, getting my highlights done, watching a movie, lovely hot drink in one hand and a chocolate in the other! Excellent hairdresser with a lovely personality, highly recommend 😊
