Ibooked a haircut for my gf, and went along as her supportive gf. During initial consultation, I stood by my gf, warmly joined in as they discussed the haircut. Paulo v rudely shut me down “whose hair am I cutting?”. humiliatedShocked, I sat down. My gf asked bout diff types of layers. Paulo: “do you want a ‘men’s’ or ‘women’s ’ haircut?”.My (sometimes androgynous gf): “we booked a women’s haircut” yet Paulo asked once/twice more. I left the salon. My gf too uncomfortable 2request wht she wnted

I've been going to Paulo for a couple of years and followed him from his previous salon to The Butterfly Salon, even though I live in SW London. He's a confident and skilled stylist and also a very cool and interesting person. I have fine and fragile hair and he treats it with care. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a really good colour or cut.
