I am writing this because I am deeply upset with my recent haircut. Despite clear instructions about my hair type, I was given an unmanageable shape that is far too short. This was masked in the salon by a professional blow-dry, but at home, the cut is a disaster. It makes me feel miserable and I now have to wait many months, if not a year, for it to grow out and be able to fix it. I hope this encourages more attention to client instructions in the future.
