The lady who treated me was very lovely and listened exactly to what I wanted. The only slight criticism would be that her process of removing the hair seemed a little ad hoc, and it may have been more efficient overall if she'd taken greater care to cover every part of the skin as she went as opposed to going back over it later on. She did check with me though, which is more than some therapists, and was very kind in making sure I was happy with the final result. Overall a good wax and good value for money

Good as always. So welcoming and professional. My only complaint is I rescheduled my appointment and they weren’t notified by Treatwell, but they still fit me in. They’re so accommodating. I would recommend going here.
