Very imprecise, left a lot of areas hairy, the hair mostly broke rather than being pulled from the roots. Shame because she is lovely.

The best wax I’ve had hands down and I’ve been getting regular waxes for the past 10 years! Bilva somehow makes the wax as painless as possible. She’s also very friendly and relaxes you as soon as you step through the door. She was so fantastic with the wax, I decided to book a shellac the following week which was also beautiful. Couldn’t recommend Bilva enough - will definitely be booking my next wax with her 😁
