She is so kind and amazing at what she does. I only came in for threading and got 2 more wax treatments done. Birva really pays attention to detail and looked after me very well :)

Overall my experience was really tainted by the therapist removing her mask whilst doing my lashes, which made me very uncomfortable and unhappy considering how close you have to get to the customer whilst doing the lashes etc. In addition she also asked me to remove my mask to make it easier- I feel you should be able to work around wearing a mask and not have to remove it. Very unhappy with that service.
