I got a gel polish and it was okay, but not particularly neat. Also, there's nowhere to rest your feet so I had to balance them on a sliding stool and it was tiring.

Asked to have gel polish removed and nails cut down. She looked very uneasy on using nail clippers, and at some points actually clipped bits of my finger. My nails are now below the nail bed line. I also had an Indian head massage while I waited for the gel to be removed, it was very hard, to the point its still tender on the temples to touch. The therapist was very nice, but I got the impression she was either a trainee or not qualified....?
