The beauty therapist is absolutely amazing extremely knowledgeable nothing is ever to much trouble for her and any questions or concerns she answers with plenty of information and is always ready to make you feel at ease with every treatment. Paula is very talented nail technian and she only uses top quality products and for as long as Paula has been doing my nails with hard gel I have never had any problems with my nails I have never seen Paula use acrylic. Always lovely to see her 5stars
