It was my first treatment with Joanne , it was a cold and frosty morning outside and the room was lovely and warm and cosy . Joanne instantly put me at ease as It can be daunting going somewhere new for the first time ! It was the most amazing relaxing treatment and I cannot wait to have more treatments!
