Shanice did my pedicure and she was amazing, really lovely. felt really nice to be there and welcoming. However, the manager; she cancelled the same morning of my appointment so late notice,got all the way there and only saw that email when I got there, so I then called the manager and she told me the person doing my treatment was sick today which wasn’t true. I had to keep saying she needs to do my toes so I ended up waiting 2 hours to get my pedicure (appointment was at. 4) shanice was great!
