My face is burnt and scarred from my experience here. For face waxing I was there for just around 10 minutes and my eyebrows are left in such an embarrassing shape. There was no wax heat test and she used so little care I had to buy special cream from pharmacy to heal the scar. She missed several areas when lower face waxing, she couldn’t get out of the room quick enough. Genuinely never had an experience like it, would not recommend.

This was a great experience. The staff were brilliant and the massage was extremely relaxing. The venue could have used a bit of a clean, but other than that, brill experience. I would recommend
