Lovely experience with Veronica – she was calm and welcoming and really listened to my garbled account of what I wanted, offering good advice and taking the time to talk through options. A very positive experience for someone like me who doesn’t relish getting their hair cut!

Lovely salon, especially after recent refurbishment. However my experience was disappointing. I had prepaid £36 for a wash and blow-dry, but after my hair had been washed I was told the price needed adjusting as my hair is slightly longer than shoulder length. I was then charged an extra £10 (total £46), which I later realised is £2 more than the listed price for long hair.
The blow-dry itself was average, and I also left with a completely wet collar in December. Disappointing value for money.
