Ladies' Haircuts
Excellent blow dry, head massage etc, but I'm heartbroken as they wrecked my hair with the cut. Surly they should know how to deal with curly hair as the manager has it! I've washed and tried to tame my hair 3 times this week and its wrecked! The only way it might sit is straight and that is against naturally curly hair. I wish I never stepped inside this place. My hair is fucked for at least 6 months. And the manager will reply to this post with some nonsense about you had a consultation with a person that barely spoke English... I should have known better. This is balls! A good hairdresser knows how a cut will impact your life!

The lady who did my facial was lovely, she gave me a very good Dermalogica facial, not so sure that all the products used were Dermalogica though, i use a lot of Dermalogica products and did not recognise some of the smells, maybe because i had a cheaper deal? The salon has a strong damp smell and the staff upstairs in the hair salon were not very friendly but the facial itself was very good and the room was nicely decorated and for that reason, I would return.

I loved the multitasking & efficiency of the staff, even more so when I had one member of staff tending to my manicure & another to my pedicure, definitely worth going again😊
