Went to the appointment ill and explained, very badly, what I wanted to my stylist. Thankfully, she was a genius and actually gave me a better cut than the one I had asked for... was apprehensive about the length but it's actually absolutely right -- THANK YOU so much! Only reason for not giving 5 stars was because the appointment was moved back by half an hour at the last minute, despite having booked on Treatwell.
