I trusted this salon to provide a treatment the week before my wedding. And when I arrived at my appointment time, the doors were locked. No one was there & no one responded to my calls, messages & emails. It says on Treatwell they are open 10-5 and yet the front door was bolted. I have confirmation of my appointment. How can you do that to a customer? I will never book with you again and suggest others don’t either!
