I'm really disappointed. I said that I wanted my eyebrows to stay the same shape and just be a bit tidier, but ended up with *much* thinner eyebrows instead. It's not a bad job, but it's not what I wanted or asked for, and will take a while to grow back to something that I'll be happy to see in the mirror.
I'm not sure if this was down to some kind of communication issue as the lady didn't seem to hear/take in what I said a few times. But if that's the case I just wish she'd clarified.
