My therapist spent a good amount of time and didn’t treat me in a rush which was highly appreciated. The wax itself took more iterations than I have had before with any other therapist and was rather painful. My hair is reasonably thick and I haven’t had a wax in a while so that could well have been the reason too. Therapist was friendly and pleasant. Overall I would recommend.
